Foundation Scholarship Submission

Submitting your application will take 4 simple steps. Your application will be reviewed by the George M. Hughes Foundation Scholarship Committee.  Scholarships will be awarded in April 2025.

The Steps are as follows:

Step 1: Download and complete the application form. (Make sure to save the application form to your local computer)

Step 2: Obtain 2 Reference-Letters.  (Make sure to save your reference letters to your local computer)

Step 3: Create a video about yourself and share why receiving this scholarship is importan to you (max. 2 minutes).

Step 4:  Use the Upload Section below to upload your:

1. Hughes Foundation Application

2. Reference Letter 1

3. Reference Letter 2

4. Your Personal Video

Your submission will be reviewed by the Foundation. Scholarships will be awarded in April.
